An application for 3 dwellings on this site in the Township Zone has elicited objections from residents and FoN will become involved. This site has a Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO) and is in a Semic-Bush Precinct which raises questions of neighbourhood character. We believe an overdevelopment is planned for this site on which a heritage house disappeared overnight last year. We will let you know when this application comes before Council.
