FoN objects to Application on Green Wedge small lot.

On our Planning page you will notice that FoN has objected to a proposed dwelling on one of the small lots in Flat Rock Road that we, along with WCA and GWPG, warned potential buyers about. (See our joint media release above.) See our objection to 50 Watery Gully Rd (which has a frontage to Flat Rock Rd)  on our Planning page. Read this in the context of recent, failed, small lot applications on 14 Barreenong Rd Cottles Bridge and 2 Pigeon Bank Rd, North Warrandyte, both of which were encouraged by this present anti environment Council, the majority of whose Councillors has produced an anti environment GWMP against the express wishes of the community.
